Where the Quirky Get Caffeinated

A Hillcrest Staple for Over 40 Years
Welcome to River City Coffee—Hillcrest’s beloved neighborhood coffee shop, proudly serving the Little Rock community for more than four decades. Whether it’s a gray, rainy day or a sun-soaked afternoon, we’ve got the perfect spot waiting for you. Cozy up inside with a warm cup in one of our comfy seats, or soak up the sunshine and people-watch from our outdoor patio.
More Than Just Coffee
Yes, we’re serious about our coffee—but we’ve got a little something for everyone. From artisan teas and fresh-baked muffins and bagels, to eight rotating flavors of ice cream, River City is your go-to spot for a treat, a chat, or a quiet moment.
Where Coffee Meets Creativity
We believe coffee and creativity go hand in hand. That’s why our front art wall—a striking 15-foot stretch of pine and cedar—is dedicated to showcasing local artists. Each month, we feature a new artist and host a reception to celebrate their work. It’s just one more way River City adds a little flavor to Hillcrest’s already vibrant arts scene.
Come See What We’re Brewing
Stop by for a featured drip of the day or a new signature creation. Browse the local artwork, spin some vinyl on our in-house turntable, and enjoy the eclectic, cozy charm that makes River City Coffee a Hillcrest icon.

Meet Our Baristas
Meet Jeremy Bragg
Co-Owner of River City Coffee
“I love everything about coffee—from the rich aroma to the science behind roasting. It’s not just a drink, it’s a passion,” says Jeremy Bragg, co-owner of River City Coffee. “When I’m not experimenting with new blends or perfecting a brew, you’ll probably find me chasing down new music and filling the shop with tunes. Brewing coffee and rocking out—it’s kind of my thing.”

A self-proclaimed bookworm and music enthusiast, Jeremy is just as passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space for others as he is about the perfect cup. “My wife and I can spend hours just laughing—sometimes about nothing in particular. That same joy and comfort is what I want people to feel when they walk through the door.”

Jeremy is dedicated to making River City Coffee a place that feels like home—an everyday haven of peace, comfort, and excellent customer service. And the best part? “I get to live that vision every single day.”

Meet Regi Ott
Co-Owner, Creative Spirit & Resident Pun-Master
"My life has always been centered around making people feel welcome—whether as a Realtor, an actor, a wife, or a dog mom to our lovable fur babies, Wiz & Dobby. Performing comes naturally to me, whether I’m on stage, cracking a clever pun, or making up silly lyrics just to make someone smile.
River City Coffee started as a dream of my husband’s, and it didn’t take long for it to become mine too. Together, we turned two of our favorite things—coffee and people—into something bigger: a business rooted in community, creativity, and comfort.
While I tend to work behind the scenes as the creative mind of River City, you’ll often find me camped out at one of our tables, working, laughing, and connecting with friends and clients. After all, River City isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s the best place to work, study, and spend time.
Living what I love. One cup at a time."
